CNC 3/5 AXIS OPERATOR

Requirements for the role of 3/5 axis CNC Operator:

• Previous experience: Preferably, work experience in the field of machining and in the management of numerical control machines (CNC). However, they can also be considered candidates without experience but with adequate training.
• Machine knowledge: It must be able to operate and adjust the 3- or 5-axis numerical control machines used in the mold shop, including CNC milling machines and other relevant equipment.
• Precision and attention to detail: It must work with extreme precision and attention to detail to produce components with exact measurements and characteristics, respecting the project specifications.
• Problem solving skills: It must be able to solve any technical problems or malfunctions of the machines during the production process, adopting appropriate solutions and maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Ability to work in teams: You must be able to collaborate with other team members, such as designers, production technicians and other operators, to ensure efficient workflow and successful projects.
• Adaptability: It must be able to adapt to new situations and to quickly learn new techniques or working procedures.
• Safety Compliance: You must strictly follow occupational safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and other team members.
