EROSION MACHINE MANAGEMENT OPERATOR

Requirements for the role of Erosion Machine Management Operator:

  • Previous experience: Preferably, work experience in the field of machining and specifically in the management of erosion machines, such as wire or dip machines. However, they can also be considered candidates without experience but with adequate training.
  • Knowledge of machines: Must be able to operate and adjust machines for erosion, including both wire and plunge machines. Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation of these machines and their maintenance.
  • Precision and attention to detail: It must work with extreme precision and attention to detail to produce components with exact measurements and characteristics, respecting the project specifications.
  • Problem solving ability: It must be able to solve any technical problems or malfunctions of the machines during the erosion process, adopting appropriate solutions and maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Ability to work in teams: You must be able to collaborate with other team members, such as designers, production technicians and other operators, to ensure efficient workflow and successful projects.
  • Adaptability: It must be able to adapt to new situations and to quickly learn new techniques or working procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: You must strictly follow occupational safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and other team members.
