OPERATOR IN THE MOLDING DEPARTMENT

Requirements for the role of Molding Department Operator:

• Work experience: Preferably, previous experience in the plastic molding industry, although it is not always indispensable. An experienced candidate may be able to adapt more quickly to business processes.
• Machine knowledge: You must be willing to learn how to adjust plastic molding machines, including injection molding machines and other relevant machinery.
• Technical skills: Ability to follow detailed instructions and interpret technical data. It must be able to identify and solve small technical problems during the production process.
• Precision and attention to detail: It must work accurately to ensure that finished products meet the required quality specifications. It is important to be careful with details to avoid defects in products.
• Teamwork skills: You must be able to collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and to help achieve production goals.
• Adaptability: It must be able to adapt to new situations and to quickly learn new processes and working procedures.
• Positive attitude: Must be motivated, diligent and eager to contribute to the success of the company. A positive attitude can encourage a collaborative and productive working environment.
